Next Day Delivery - £12.95 on orders up to £150.00/Delivery free on orders over £150.00
All orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on the weekend will be despatched on the next working day. We send out all our orders to be delivered on the next working day unless a specific delivery date is requested. At this busy time of year some deliveries may take longer to arrive.
When will you despatch my order?
All orders will be despatched as soon as all the items are available - subject to payment authorisation. We despatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Please Note. Where items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we advise that you place a separate order for these items.
Can I use an alternative delivery address?
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.
To check your order status, just sign in to your account and click into order status.
- Order received means your order hasn't been processed yet.
- Order processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods.
- Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.
- Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes, the courier will require a signature on delivery. If you miss your delivery the driver will leave a card and it will indicate where they have left your goods for you to contact them to rearrange another delivery date. This may be subject to a redelivery charge. We recommend choosing a delivery date when someone will be able to sign for your goods to qualify for our free delivery offer. Only the first attempt of delivery qualifies for this offer on goods over £150.00.
Missing or Damaged Delivery?
If your goods have either been received as damaged or are missing please contact customer services immediately, either by emailing support@lovesup.co.uk or by calling us on 07787 838110.
If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage, either by the item being returned to us, or in some cases an image sent via email. Our Customer Services team can advise you on the best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.
If your goods have simply gone missing we have to wait for 3 days to pass to allow an investigation by the courier.
